We’re very proud to announce a brand new addition to our line of Espresso Makers… introducing the ROK EspressoGC.
We’ve gone back to the drawing board (quite literally) and looked at how we could help everyone get the most out of their cherished cup of coffee. By re-engineering the Espresso Maker’s pressure chamber with a new glass composite (GC) material, we’ve created a part that practically doubles the performance of our previous models, making it easier than ever to pull a barista-style espresso at home.
Along with the machine itself, we’re also very pleased to announce our brand new ROK GC Conversion Kit.
We build our products to last so by maintaining the Espresso Maker’s body and focusing on only the interchangeable parts, we’ve worked to retrofit the GC chamber into any and all past ROK Espresso Makers. This means that anyone with their own previous model can now upgrade to the new GC system in a matter of seconds, getting all the benefits whilst keeping their original product.
The EspressoGC is now available across Europe and Australia, with more territories being added next week.
The ROK Espresso Maker puts great coffee at your fingertips. No need for big, complicated machines to operate (or keep clean), this is the simple essence of perfect espresso – manual coffee making at its best.
If you fully appreciate being “hands-on” making your coffee, you’ll really get a buzz from the ROK.
So beautifully designed you’ll love having it on display in your kitchen (or your campsite), so robustly made you know it will last a lifetime, and the environmental polar opposite of a pod machine – you are going to love being a ROK owner.
Designed and engineered in London and first launched in 2004 as the Presso, it was renamed and relaunched in 2012 as the ROK.
Made from high-quality die-cast aluminum and protected with a 10-year guarantee, the ROK is your perfect caffeine companion, from home to work, from the beach to the bach, from the bush to the ski slopes.
All you need to make that perfect cup is your favourite beans to grind fresh on the spot with the ROK grinder, and your chosen source of hot water – billy on the fire, gas burner, thermette or electric water heating if you have a source of power handy.
When you think about NZ’s recent spate of natural disasters, the ROK should be included in any preparedness kit (are scouts teaching how to make real coffee these days?!)
More than 50,000 customers have chosen to own one of these kitchen essentials and the reviews are consistently impressive.
Now you can buy this superb piece of engineering right here in New Zealand – and only pay for local shipping.
Which means, if you order today, you’ll be making coffees with your own ROK within a week.
Included with your purchase:
- ROK Espresso Machine
- Scoop/tamper, please note, this does NOT include the Roc 49.7 Tamper
- Portafilter
- Double Spout Splitter
